How to use the
ChitoVan™ LC Cartridge

Simply anchor the cartridge in flowing dirty water and it will convert into a slow-dissolving gel. As it dissolves, ChitoVan™ is released into the water causing fine sediment particles to flocculate. Once treated, water can be gravity settled, biofiltered, infiltrated, sand filtered or filtered by a dewatering bag.

STEP 1

Take the cartridge out of the bag

STEP 2

Locate the hook.

STEP 3

Insert the cartridge and anchor it to the hook

STEP 4

Connect it to a pump

STEP 5

Pump the treated water to a biofiltration area, settling pond, settling tank or dewatering bag
